1:1 Soft Strength Coaching

1:1 personal training and movement coaching for women who want to feel strong, consistent, and at home in their body.

This is for you if you:

  • struggle with consistency or motivation

  • feel stuck between overdoing it and doing nothing

  • want to get stronger without burning yourself out

  • want structure, support, and guidance that actually fits your life

No more guessing. No more random workouts.

Together, we build a movement practice that supports your current season: in both body and lifestyle.

You receive:

  • 1 weekly training session together (in The Hague or online)

  • a fully personalised strength & movement plan

  • ongoing Telegram support for questions + accountability

  • voice notes for guidance, reflection, and support

All rooted in Soft Strength: not pushing harder, but learning how to listen to your body while building real, sustainable strength.

Online studio

This is for you if you want to build a consistent movement practice that supports both your strength and your nervous system.

With two live classes per week (replays available):

  • Soft with Strength: slower, grounding classes focused on mobility, control, and connection

  • Strong with Soft: strength-based training with an emphasis on awareness and sustainable effort

Together, we combine strength training, mobility and intuitive movement to help you feel stronger, more connected, and more consistent in your body.

Outdoor Movement

This is for you if you want to reconnect with your body through movement — in a gentle, supportive outdoor setting.

A gentle outdoor movement session where we explore strength, mobility and softness.

We build strength to energize, and we soften to slow down. Moving at your own pace, reconnecting with your body, and training outside in nature.

This class blends bootcamp-inspired strength (using resistance bands and light weights) with yoga-based movement and playful, accessible conditioning.

What to expect:

  • full-body strength & mobility training outdoors

  • a mix of structured strength and softer movement

  • space to move at your own pace

  • supportive group energy without pressure

Soft Strength Outdoor Movement takes place 5 times every Friday in July.
Max. 8 participants per class.
